Fix your app, lower your price, and focus on your users. Paid for an account and used it for less than 12 hours. There is no way to contact customer service through the app and nothing listed on their website. They charge my account, suspend it and then delete it? So the overall app is good, however the constant bombardment of ads attempting to get you to subscribe to their premium feature is annoying as hell. Literally about to uninstall this app how ungodly their marketing is for their premium subscription.
I love the idea for this app, and at a glimpse it works well. But sadly ive come to a discovery thats making me delete it as of today. Everyone knows distance is a huge part of dating, so its obvious one would tone the distance down from miles to something more reasonable. The distance meter function does not work to my discovery, because when i did just that, the app still matched me up with people hundreds of miles away when i set it to only match me with people about miles away.
The idea of this app is great but it doesnt function well at all. Needs reviewing and fixing sadly. This app is so poorly made and very frustrating. I originally downloaded because of their massive amount of ads I see everywhere. But the problems have me deleting in the same day. You guys should spend more money on app development rather than advertising.
