The park is very clean. We have 2 small children and my husband works away for periods of time, I felt really safe staying here. The owners make you feel welcome and at home. The pool is nice we all enjoyed it.

They also have a fishing pond and ducks which we enjoyed feeding by the pond. Relaxing and fun, great family environment.

Other campers here are friendly and nice as well and this park has affordable rates vs other parks on the coast. Overall we loved it. Had to leave due to my husband's job transfer, if ever back in the area this is definitely where we will stay. Great wifi. We were able to stream Netflix, Amazon and DirecTv.

Good over the air service from local stations. Great place to spend the winter. A hidden gem, more like a community. We have spent the last several winters here. Located on thirty acres so plenty of room to walk pets. Great little campground.

Camped here for past two winters. Quiet, dog friendly, shopping either at Biloxi or Wiggins, near casinos. Everyone friendly, great people to be around, campfire, blueberries in season. Will be back next year. As others said, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't be better. I can be noisy some nights based on the wind direction.

There is a block of spacious sites near the front for RVs, which is where we stayed. Unfortunately the one reason we can't stay here again is the park is in a Verizon congestion hole. Our Verizon data service would be blazing in the middle of the night, but in the morning would start to slow down and become a sporadically responsive, infuriating 0. It was not a signal strength issue - just a network congestion issue. The park wifi was just as bad and even less reliable.

The manager goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Would positively stay here again. This place is excellent. Very clean, They honor our Military, Staff are exceptional and make you feel welcomed and at home. Pet friendly, well kept, working on improvements to make the community even better. Everything you need to call this place home. Nice clean park run by very friendly people. Lots of grass to walk the dogs.

Good eats and shopping real close as well as good fuel prices on the way in. Will definitely make this a waypoint for our travels. Decent value for a full hookup pull thru just off of I An older park, but all utilities were in good working order. Concrete slabs are level, but are heavily cracked. Overall not a bad stopping off point when traveling I OTA TV was ok.

There are very few trees and those are at spaces occupied by what appears to be permanent or seasonal renters. Gravel driveways in disrepair as are concrete pads although the concrete pads are mostly level. This is very close to the highway and is noisy. No picnic tables available. There is one vending machine at the "comfort station" which consists of two bathrooms with showers.

Stopped here for an overnight. The office personal were very nice. Site was nice for what we used it for an overnight. Would stay here again. Small park. Friendly staff. Picnic tables falling down but lots were not crowded. Close to I so traffic noise.

When checking in, man did not seem to have any information and kept referring to his wife as knowing everything. Thought that he was just temping for her but found out that he is in the office every day. When checking in we were given no rules but later contacted about violating one. Wanted to check in later but was informed by another that he would not park in the dark siting the mud problem. Upon arriving, it was obvious that there was not mud problem and the pull through sites were open and without obstructions. Apparently he was not willing to accommodate late arrival even though it appears their mobile home is the one right across from the office.

When asking about what site we were assigned, I had to ask 4 times and then only got mumbled response until he looked out and stated " I guess XX is a good one. There was no dog run available but we were told we could let our dogs run within this fenced enclosure. It was only later that a resident informed us that it was not good for the dogs because that area had been a leach field that was damaged by the last hurricane and so was just filled in with about 6 inches of dirt.

There is no telling what chemicals are rising to the surface to get on paws now. For health reasons, I feel we should have been notified of this. There is no longer any cable, water pressure is average recommend a strong filtering system and power is fine. Very near I so traffic noise is constant as well as from the busy road leading into the park.



Sites are wide enough for big rigs and internal road is gravel and well maintained. Sites are gravel but not graded regularly so there is some uneven spots although the sites are acceptably level throughout the park. There is no where for children to play, pool to swim or rec room.

The price for this area is a bit high in my opinion but can not say it is bad.
