Many apps send out intrusive messages, sometimes called 'shouts' or 'board', to allow members to let others know they are looking to make a connection. Noir's Echo allows you to see who in your area is actively looking to make a connection. Perfect for use at events like parades, clubs, parties and conventions with it's "Short Range Ping" mode. Signing up for a membership will expand the range Echo will search to find members actively looking to meet. Echo presents these members to you by proximity to your location. Echo is simple to use. You turn on Echo in your profile settings and everyone with Echo turned on and in your area will be able to see that you are looking to connect and can message you.

Blocked members will not be able to see you and you will not be able to see blocked members. Wish to no longer show up on Echo? Simply turn Echo back off! I participated in the Beta test but I am not getting push alerts after updating to the full version. If you have trouble getting alerts, try logging out of Noir, removing the application and reinstalling.
