For over 3 days now, I am not able to access my account. Whenever I open it a message appears asking me to verify it with a "selfie". I have contacted the customer service. They are not helpful at all. They keep sending me unrelated information on verifying my profile!

I keep saying in every message I send to them that I don't want to verify the account and I just want to access it. Even when I try all the verification options that might work still nothing happens and I am not able to log in. I am very frustrated with their service. I can't even create a new account! They keep ignoring the technical problem and kind of blaming for not being able to verify the account.
